Welcome to KODU. These Terms of Service govern your use of the KODU application and services operated by PT Kodu Inovasi Teknologi. By registering and using KODU, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
KODU is a subscription-based Point of Sale (POS) application (Software as a Service) for retail and F&B businesses. Services include a cashier app, management dashboard, product & inventory management, sales reports, and staff & outlet management, depending on your chosen plan.
2. Account & User Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Data you enter must be accurate and must not violate applicable laws.
3. Subscription & Payment
Services are offered in subscription plans (monthly/yearly). Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (Midtrans). Subscriptions become active after successful payment. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew in the next billing period. No refunds are provided for the current subscription period, including if the service is no longer used before the period ends.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for activities that violate the law, harm others, or disrupt service operations (e.g., hacking attempts, abuse, or distribution of illegal content).
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
